The Custodial Support Foundation provides a
Collection Program with two (2) types of legal
assistances to enable custodial parents to
collect child support. Both Programs are
for custodial parents with child support
orders, and are owed past due arrears by
noncustodial parents.
1.Personal
Appearances Without an Attorney

Less than $1 Per Day ($30 per Month or Onetime
Fee of $350)
Receive Investigation, Legal Assistance, Collections and
Apprehension Services for Only $30 per Month or $350

The Collection Program provides a cost savings
Personal Appearance Service that enables
custodial parents to personally file the necessary court
documents without an attorney to seize and
liquidate noncustodial parent's assets.
The Personal Appearance Service requires custodial
parents file and appear as a "Pro Se Litigant".
What is a Pro Se Litigant?
A Pro Se Litigant is a person that appears on
their own behalf without an attorney.
The custodial parent will receive all of the necessary
documents, and instructions to file the court
documents provided by Bounty Alert.
A
custodial parent files the court documents with the directions
provided by Bounty Alert and makes the appearance on their own
behalf of a

Custodial
parents appear before the judge to request a seizure and
liquidate the noncustodial parent's assets.

Arrest Warrants & Apprehension - If an arrest
warrant is require, the legal documents will
contain a request for an arrest warrant for
the noncustodial parent that custodial parents
request when their appear in court.
The costs of rewards and a fugitive
recovery agency will be included in the court
documents to be paid by the noncustodial
parent.
Once the court order is
granted by the
judge, Bounty Alert will provide the collection and liquidation
services to recover all of the arrears, and fees.
If an arrest warrant has been issued, Bounty Alert will
assist in the apprehension by providing a team of fugitive
recovery agents to assist in the apprehension of the
noncustodial parent and extraditing them to the state that
issued the arrest warrant.

How Does the
Attorney Appearance Service Work?
The custodial parent receive the
assistance of an attorney to assist in the
filing and attends the court appearance to
seizure and liquidate the noncustodial parents
assets.
The attorney provided appears with the
custodial parent before the judge and the
attorney requests the seizure and liquidate
the noncustodial parent's assets.
Arrest Warrants & Apprehension - If an arrest
warrant is require, the legal documents will
contain a request for an arrest warrant for
the noncustodial parent that attorneys request
when their appear in court.
