All Programs and Services
The Custodial Support Foundation treats all
information provided by our subscribers as
private and will not transmit, distribute,
sell, loan or provide access to any
information provided by any subscriber that is
not required to provide the services offered with each program.
The Custodial Support Foundation
services are provided by Bounty Alert, Inc.
(Hereinafter, "Bounty Alert"), and all
information provided by each subscriber will
be shared with Bounty Alert to enable the
services to be provided with each program.
Once the services are provided by the
Custodial Support Foundation and Bounty Alert,
all information provided by the subscriber
shall no longer be retained at the subscribers
request other than information that may be
required by law to retain for verifications
and audits.
The Custodial Support Foundation and Bounty
Alert requires its contracted agents to follow
our privacy policy and adhere to all of the
terms and conditions herein.
